Everyone on the planet has asked at one time or another why we are here? Why do we exist as a self-aware species and more importantly, why do we exist at all? What is our purpose? Do we have a reason for our existence? And, if so, does hypnotherapy have anything to do with the reason you are right here now? Read more…
Stating the Obvious
It cannot be denied that you are aware that you are aware. You might deny everything else, yet when you stop, take a breath, and allow yourself to be in the moment, you discover that you are quite aware that you are here. This may seem overly simple, yet what else can you really know? You are here.
Breathe
When you relax and breathe, your mind gets more quiet. You find that the past and future are merely constructs of your mind, yet your existence in the present moment is undeniable. You can even deny that you have a body. You could even remove major parts of your body, yet in the moment, you would still be right here now reading these words. Breathe into the moment and you will find that you are remarkably peaceful in the now. You will also find something wonderful, which is that right here and now you are at peace. In the present moment there is no fear. There is only the gentle awareness of pure being.
Simplicity
When you are fully present, you can listen to your own heart. You can hear its gentle calling telling you that you are more than just a body. It reminds you that at the very core of your being is love. In the perfect present moment you are reminded that love is not just an emotion, it is the very fabric of your being. Meditate. Get quiet. Know yourself as perfect peace and love.
Everything is Love, Act Accordingly
If you realize that you are love, then you eventually admit that everyone is love. If you dwell on that peace and love over and over again as a meditation, then you start to live your life from that space. Inevitably, you encounter others who are not in the space. They do not feel the immense peace, love, and joy that your simplicity brings. You live in Oneness and therefore only want to share that oneness. You only want others to be happy. This is the natural occupation of those who hear the call. When you realize the sacred nature of all that is, then you act accordingly.
Hypnotherapy Certification as a Natural Expression of Love
Simply sitting and meditating on love’s peace and love’s joy is not enough. The true spiritual path is a path of action. From silence, we speak. From stillness, we move.
