Changing the mind is one of the most important things that we can do if we want to know peace for ourselves and for others. Increasingly, people are becoming aware of the power of the mind over their bodies, their relationships, their behaviors and their lives as a whole. Mental changes are not hard to make. We can easily change our thinking, and therefore we can easily change the world. Click here to read more about miracle-mindedness and hypnosis certification…
What are Miracles?
A miraculous shift in mind is when we simply move from fear to love. This shift can be seen as a new decision made between ego and Spirit, illusion and Truth, or from body-identification to Spirit-Identification. The miracle occurs in the mind, and mind is fundamental to who we truly are. Therefore, to change the mind is to make true fundamental change that has a ripple effect within ourselves and into the world as a whole.
How does Hypnosis Training combine with A Course in Miracles?
Students familiar with A Course in Miracles (ACIM) will be quite familiar with the above explanation of the miracle. A miracle is not just about making physical changes that seemed impossible. A miracle is something that occurs on the mental level, and then may or may not have observable effects in the world around us. In performing miracles (on the mental level where they belong), we are empowered to actualize our full potentials. When such thinking is combined with how we learn hypnosis, we can see that we are learning to literally be a miracle worker in this world.
Becoming a hypnotherapist with this type of thinking infused into the curriculum allows us to honor our deepest spiritual ideals, and to strengthen our understanding of metaphysical principles. There are many ways to learn hypnosis, yet when we combine a true State-Licensed Postsecondary Vocational Institute’s training with miracle-minded thinking, we create a truly powerful force for good.
Many interested readers may not fully know what hypnosis is or what A Course in Miracles is. We therefore recommend that continued research into both fields be conducted. Primers on ACIM are easily found in works such as Marianne Williamson’s A Return to Love and in Gerald Jampolsky’s works, which include Love is Letting go of Fear and Good-Bye to Guilt. From there, inspired students are encouraged to look into hypnosis schools licensed by the Department of Education to ensure that diplomas/certifications are authentic. We encourage 500+ hours of training, where distance learning and in-house practical hours combine to form a solid educational system.
