She has also been a RN for over 30 years, having worked in ICU, Trauma/ER and Recovery Room. Through this lens of experience, she has seen and was inspired by the powerful mind/body connection and how it helps us heal emotionally and physically.
Having decided to pursue an education in hypnotherapy, Rene felt it was of the utmost importance for her to go to the best hypnotherapy school in the country in order for her to remain in the highest integrity with her future clients, as well as to be as effective as possible in her practice. After doing exhaustive research, she chose The Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy (formerly known as the Florida Institute of Hypnotherapy, or TFIOH) located in Tampa, FL, not only because of its outstanding reputation, but also because it is the only state-licensed school of Hypnotherapy in Florida, providing true, FDOE-backed diplomas to its graduates. While most hypnotists have only around 50-100 hours of training, Rene is proud to say she received over 500 hours of high-level, career training in hypnotherapy through the Institute.
Rene comes to this career with a personal understanding of how powerful and healing hypnotherapy can be. Hypnotherapy helped her move forward in her life, gaining balance and perspective. She loves being able to help her clients learn how to decrease stress, feel calmer, more confident and free, and personalizes every session to meet the individual needs of each client.
As Director for the Orlando Florida Externship Program of The Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy, Rene is proud to be a part of the faculty of her alma mater. She is very passionate about her work and feels blessed to take part in training other qualified Hypnotherapists. Her practice is located in Maitland, Florida.
In addition to being a successful Hypnotherapist, Rene is also a life coach, employing a variety of techniques like NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), EMT and EFT (tapping) in her thriving practice. As a passionate and committed professional, she is always training in new ways to help her clients get results and reach their goals. Rene is a registered member of the International Association of Interpersonal Hypnotherapist (IAIH) and The American Council of Hypnotherapist (ACHE).
