What motivates you to learn hypnosis?
There are many reasons to study hypnotism, yet we find that the primary reason for someone to enroll in our school is that they want to help others.
People attend our hypnosis trainings to increase their income, to change careers, to grow personally and spiritually, and to learn new skillsets to improve their own lives, as well as others’. However, during our student interview process we always ask “Why do you want to become a Hypnotherapist?”, and if the answer is not to help other people, then we seriously question the motivation of the prospective student.
We joyfully welcome students who are motivated by love and kindness and find that this creates very harmonious classroom environments as well, where students make great friends for life.
Why invest in 500+ hours of hypnosis training if I can do it in a few days somewhere else?
Hypnotherapy is a legitimate occupation. The term “lay” hypnotist is seldom used anymore as those of us who are leaders in the field have worked hard to establish and to protect the occupational title of “Hypnotherapist.”
To earn such a credential in a way that you can be proud of, we always encourage that you attend a State-Licensed school and that you truly invest in yourself with an organization that maintains very high standards.
We want you to be proud to be a Hypnotherapist. Just as you would not go to a physician who only took a weekend workshop in medicine, we want your future clients to come to you not only because you love and care for people, but because they trust your credentials and the amount of training that you wisely invested in.
How do I begin to properly learn Hypnotherapy?
At the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy, we invite you to call us at 800-551-9247 to speak with an Admissions Representative. We will talk to you about your goals and explore your motivations with us.
We will ensure that taking our training is the right fit for you, and then if you are ready we ask for a $300 deposit to hold your seat in any given class. You then start on our online training and move through the first 20 hours.
If you feel good about taking this journey with us, we move you through a very elaborate online and in-house training that earns you true, state-backed diplomas in our field.
